As General Counsel, Nancy is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for Trinity Cyber. Nancy performs all legal review and analysis, including but not limited to the following functions: (1) reviewing all contracts with vendors, clients, and consultants; (2) working with outside counsel to draft and implement employee incentive equity agreements; (3) working with outside counsel on intellectual property matters, including both trademark and patent applications; (4) negotiating and drafting documents related to private securities offerings, and (5) being available to discuss all legal issues that arise in the course of Trinity Cyber’s business.
Nancy brings over 40 years of expertise as a practicing attorney, including 10 years as a trial lawyer, investigator, and Assistant Director of Enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division to Trinity Cyber. Nancy also held various roles in private practice including 7 years at Davis Polk & Wardwell, and 10 years as a partner at Venable LLP.
Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University, and her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
