Mark Crowley

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Crowley is Chief Financial Officer at Trinity Cyber, bringing decades of financial leadership experience across public and venture- and private equity-backed technology companies. His background spans capital raising, strategic planning, M&A, and building the finance organizations needed to support growth.

Before joining Trinity Cyber, Mark served as CFO at Proof, a platform for digital identity verification, and Volante Technologies, a provider of payments software for financial institutions. As Volante’s first CFO, he built a global finance team spanning five countries, raised $150 million in equity and debt financing, and helped lead the company’s transition to cloud-based subscriptions. At Proof, he rebuilt the finance organization and helped drive recurring revenue growth through changes to pricing and commercial strategy.

Mark previously held finance and strategy leadership roles at Fuze, Care.com, Constant Contact, and Verizon. At Fuze, a cloud-based enterprise communications platform, he led efforts to raise $115 million in debt financing. At Constant Contact, he helped lead the company’s $1.1 billion sale. He began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and management consulting at A.T. Kearney, establishing a foundation in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business strategy.

Mark earned an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Brandeis University. He serves as Treasurer of the MIT Sloan Boston Alumni board and has served for several years on the organizing committee for the annual MIT Sloan CFO Summit.
