Trinity Cyber has joined the Cyber Threat Alliance (CTA) as an Affiliate Member. CTA is an organization with major players in the cyber industry who collaborate with a goal of building a stronger, more resilient global digital ecosystem while sharing information that’s both impactful and operational to cyber defenders.

What does that mean?

It means the company is contributing its expertise as a quality source of cyber threat information to a collaborative group of defenders within CTA to improve defenses at industry scale.

What sets Trinity Cyber apart is its Full Content Inspection (FCI) technology, a groundbreaking approach to cybersecurity that stops attacks before they happen. FCI inspects and edits live internet traffic to expose and remove threats inline and in real-time before they reach an organization’s network. The FCI platform is operated by Trinity Cyber's team of experts, providing customers with the most accurate, effective threat prevention. As a member of the CTA, Trinity Cyber shares timely, high-quality and detailed threat information that can only come from its innovative approach.

CTA members share information about threats they’ve observed, detected, or prevented. These indicators of compromise (IoCs) come from impactful telemetry and multiple technologies (network, endpoint, cloud) and highlight the latest attacks posing risks to across industries and sectors.

By sharing these IoCs, threat hunters across CTA’s membership are empowered to meet the moment – stopping threats while keeping up with attackers’ constantly changing tactics. Trinity Cyber is committed to operationalizing CTA knowledge to keep customers safe.

“Thanks to information shared within CTA, the elite team behind FCI can bolster their threat hunting efforts while contributing back to CTA’s mission,” said Jeremy Brown, Vice President of Threat Analysis at Trinity Cyber. “This collaboration also gives us a chance to stand out in a field of experts.”

During the onboarding process, Trinity Cyber demonstrated its capabilities and established itself as a top contributor of high-quality and high-volume IoCs.

The output of FCI – a system used to keep more than two million users globally protected – fuels top-tier threat data that’s focused on many types of network attacks, from malware to TTPs.

As the company takes its place among the members of the CTA, Trinity Cyber’s threat analysts are looking forward to sharing their unique insights and gaining access to new data on current threats and techniques. The company is proud of our team and the work they do – work that helps make Trinity Cyber one of the smartest choices you can make to keep your networks safe from harm.
